I was shocked to find my room had no proper window, what a good surprise that was. The air conditioning broke down on the last day-how considerate of them not to offer an upgrade after such inconvenience! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, really. Their so-called 'great service' is highly overrated.

What the hell ! Woman at the reception very unpleasant ! In the room there was a window between the room and the corridor which didn't close by key! They were surprised that we asked an other room which could close with a key. The share bathroom is more collective bathroom and toilets without possibility to close the toilets and just a curtain for the shower. The bed was very dirty (If they change bed linen thay have to change their wash machine very quickly!) The breakfast is only a kitchen and you help yourself depending on the food is not out of date or look like possible to eat... The kitchen is really dirty. It's cheap for Malaga (but expensive compare to the rest of Andalousia) but it's not pleasant.

clean, clean, clean
The room was impeccably clean and tidy. The attention to detail in the decor was good. The staff's willingness to send my lost charger back to Norway was above and beyond!
do recommend 😊❤️

The staff were really friendful and helpful and the location was good - right in the middle of town and only a minute from plaza del merced and the castle.
The hostel is noisy at all hours, it felt very much like student halls. Breakfast was just bread and coffee and you have to be quick because there is not enough. Most of all the price is too high - we paid 40€ a night but after staying I would say is definitely not worth it.

City suites was in a great location, just a short walk to picasso's home and museum. The atmosphere around the streets was lively. Dina, who greeted us, was super helpful in sorting out our airport shuttle confusion. Definitely an enjoyable stay.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast is self service at the kitchen, there is only toast bread, margarine and jam available for eating.

the location was particularly good, close to a roman catholic church. the room itself was spotless and modern and with balcony, aircon and shower & balcony.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Loved the balcony view, but the street work ruined the vibe for us.

All the personnel was extremely friendly and incredibly nice. The double room we stayed in was neat and airy. The bathroom was clean and it had shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets for our convenience.
Their staff were not very friendly.

Very good location. Very close to the center with a walkable distance to most of the important things to do. Great paintings decorating the entire buildings... Good place to stay
The room was a bit hot. Please don't forget to ask for a fan.... without it was difficult to sleep. Breakfast was bread and jam... nothing special but ok for the price.

Clean rooms with reasonable prices.
The room lacked a proper window to the outside. It felt cramped with a vent opening to a common hall. Small maintenance issues-like a hole in the bathroom floor-were evident. The toilet paper dispenser was poorly designed, a hassle .

The location is excellent, just a short walk to top attractions. Unfortunately, we experienced some noise from nearby bars late at night.

The location was excellent . It was clean and calm.
I saw the staff only when I did the check in and check out. No one was setting on the reception desk and I checked that many times. The breakfast was bad. In the first day at 8:25, I went to the kitchen and there was no bread. There was a bottle of milk and other things which need bread to eat them. On the second day, there was bread, orange juice, milk, butter and jam. On both days, there was no tea. The wifi signal did not reach my room. I have to set outside the room to get the signal.
